OSANNI LIMITED WARRANTY

Osanni is a registered trademark under Amir International Corp. Limited warranty obligations (this “Limited Warranty”) are limited to the terms set forth below:

WARRANTY COVERAGE
OSANNI warrants all unplated stainless steel Jewelry against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase and all other jewelry for a period of SIX (6) Months. During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, OSANNI will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, at OSANNI’s expense; (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced; or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product. OSANNI shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or credit until the defective product is returned to OSANNI. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. When a credit is given, the returned product becomes OSANNI’s property.

You may also obtain warranty service for your OSANNI jewelry by bringing the product with the original sales receipt to the authorized OSANNI retailer where the product was purchased.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Limited Warranty applies only to jewelry manufactured by OSANNI. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-OSANNI products. Stretching of OSANNI cord jewelry is not considered a manufacturing defect. Do not expose your OSANNI products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas, among others. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your OSANNI jewelry. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your OSANNI jewelry.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OSANNI SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF OSANNI CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OSANNI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. NO OSANNI RETAILER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. To the extent that such rights cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, this Limited Warranty does not affect such rights.
